Colaboration Models
Depending on customer's needs we offer two different types of collaboration models:
- fixed price project - based on specifications which were agreed from both sides. When the specification has to be made first, we offer consulting services to help our customers establish the specification. This kind of collaboration fits well when the scope of the product is clear and remains stable during the project.
- time and materials - when time to market is essential and the scope will stabilize during the project lifetime, the customer should have the possibility to steer the project as much as possible. Therefore we use in this kind of collaboration small iterations (1-2 weeks); at each iteration start the customer decides and prioritizes which features should be implemented. Frequent deliveries (ideally every iteration results in a release) ensure strong feedback and the possibility to shorten the time to market.
Both collaboration models include service level agreements to reduce customer's risks. That means that for a certain period after delivering the product (usually 6 month), all maintenance caused by nonconformity with the specification is is free of charge.
